CPR Automation can fulfil all of your parts feeding requirements with our in house design and manufacturing capability. We can offer economic solutions for automatic feeding, sorting and orientation of a multitude of components based on our wide range of vibratory bowl feeders, bowl feeding solutions, and vibratory linear feeders, all can be custom manufactured to suit your bespoke requirements. Bowl sizes range from 150mm to 950mm diameter and are manufactured in mild or stainless steel or cast aluminium, making them suitable for applications in all sectors of industry, including Automotive supply, Medical and Phamaceutical, Plastic moulding and assembly, and many more in all aspects of Automated machinery and Automated assembly functions. CPR Automation are happy to accept existing bowl feeding  and linear feeding systems for refurbishment or re-work as well as providing new fully tooled material handling devices.

CPR's parts feeding range is complemented by auxiliary equipment including bulk feed hoppers, conveyors for soting and automatic feeding, escapement devices, pick and place modules, magazine devices, just to mention a few, to create solutions specific to customer needs.

CPR Automation also manufacture and supply spring sorting and  spring disentangling equipment and machines for use with most common springs or other small intrecate components, based on the patented design of their spring feeder and escapement technology.
